This is the DA~Duel Mania,,,The Dranzer Academy is Celebrating The Passage Of 1 year since it started Success,There will Be A 30 man Single Duels Tournament In The Old School Style Which means Whatever Your Age is You Can Join this Event even if you don't have a great experince You'll Still Be Able to join,This Tournament Will wake up the duel spirit which is in the heart of the Duelists So We Hope Everyone will have Fun.
(The Rules Of the tournament are to keep it a fun event so they will kill Overpowered monsters)
[The #1 Place in this Tournament Will Become DA~Mr.Duel Mania]
-1st place: 5000 coin + Official Winner Logo + become able to join the DA~team + 1 item for free
-2nd place: 2000 coin + Become able to take the team test +1 item
-3rd place: 500 coin + Become able to take the team test

Rules:
1-There will be no extra deck.

2-There will be one edition of each card.

3-You Can Only add 4 Lv 4 monsters with 1700+ attack.

4-You Can Only add 3 Lv 4 monsters with 2000+ Defence.

5-You Can Only add 2 Lv5 and/or Lv6 with 2400+ attack.

by that you mean i of each card right
because if that makes more than a 40 card deeck then everyone would lose
